Should we have as many babies as we can? My short answer would be no, because living in our day and age with technology, that could be exploited to the nth degree. And so I don't think that is God's design for us. I think it's more of a heart issue. Are you willing to receive the blessings that the Lord has given to you?

How do you view children? Do you view them as a blessing or do you view them as a burden? So part of this would fall underline of jurisdiction of the head of the home. I think a husband and wife should be unified in these things. They need to be seeking the Lord in these things, searching the scriptures, and they need to be obedient to what they read in the scriptures.

So again, it goes back to children are a blessing from the Lord. And you know, it's unfortunate. We live in a country and in a culture that sees the blessings of God as a curse and yet they see what the Bible calls as a curse or as slavery which is debt and we see the world running after those things. They apply for curses and they murder or they hinder the blessings of the Lord.

Trent Moody discusses the topic of children in this video. Do you view them as a blessing or a burden? A husband and wife should be unified in these things. Scripture is clear that children are a blessing from the Lord -- how do you view children?

Psalm 127:3-5 (NKJV) - "Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb is a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, so are the children of one’s youth. Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them; they shall not be ashamed, but shall speak with their enemies in the gate."
