Al Burke serves as a Deacon at Hope Baptist Church in Wake Forest, NC. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech and a Master’s degree in Business from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Al has been married to Kim for 33 years and together they have 11 children ranging in age from 10 to 31. He is also an executive for a Fortune 100 company. Al is a veteran of the United States Army where he served in the Signal Corps. He likes to take every opportunity in life to teach his children and grandchildren. Al enjoys history-vacations, relaxing at the beach, volleyball with the kids, reading aloud to the family, and weekly dates with Kim.
This is one of six video sessions are designed to help young men understand some of the basics necessary for their lives as providers and churchmen. They cover areas of time and money management and matters of career selection. The teachers in this series are local church members who are. experienced in their areas of instruction.
