He could not do what commanded Him to do without her. Mothers add much to the family. They are able to significantly influence their children -- for better or for worse. Proverbs 31:28-29 (NKJV) - "Her children rise up and call her blessed; Her husband also, and he praises her: 'Many daughters have done well, but you excel them all.'

Scripture is clear that children are a blessing from the Lord -- how do you view children? Psalm 127:3-5 (NKJV) - "Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb is a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, so are the children of one’s youth. Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them; they shall not be ashamed, but shall speak with their enemies in the gate."
