Differences Between Evangelism, and the Gift of Evangelist
May. 2, 2017
Where should we focus our evangelizing efforts? Kevin Swanson explains in this video that each person is called to disciple the nations. The word “nations” also includes families or communities. Accordingly, everyone is called to evangelism in some form. We are to evangelize to individuals within our homes and those outside the home as well. Some people are called to preach Scripture out on the streets. Others are called to preach within the Church. There are those who are called to preach on the radio, television, and in public forums. Other people are called to disciple believers on an ongoing basis. No matter where we are, we are called to be faithful to preach the Word of God. To our spouses, to our children, within our congregations, and to the world. Matthew 28:19-20 (NKJV) – “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.”

Joshua, Gideon, and Samson — The Faith and Failures of the Fathers
May. 21, 2021
Despite the disobedience, the failures, and the apostasies that always seem to dog the heels of God’s people in the Old Testament era, the faith of Joshua, Gideon, and Samson are still remarkable lessons for us today. Bursts of faith and sparks of reformation are seen in the Old Testament record, but still, these had not yet received the promise until Jesus came. The hearts of the sons had yet to turn to the fathers. Yet the hearts of the fathers turned to God in faith, over and over again in Old Testament record. With the coming of Christ and the Holy Spirit, the covenant blessings which were still a shadow then are ours by faith today. Here is an encouragement to faith, great faith, generational faith in the New Testament age. Where the Old Testament saints met failure, Jesus brings tremendous covenantal blessings “far as the curse is found.”

God's Blessings on His Church
Sep. 20, 2013
Kevin Swanson explains in this video that the way you raise your children when they are young will have great impact on them, your family, and even the world. The question you need to ask yourself is, "Am I raising my children according to Scripture or am I using my own ways and devices?" Do you have a 30-year mindset? Proverbs 22:6 (NKJV) - "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."

Gideon - With God All Things Are Possible
May. 21, 2022
Gideon is the archetype of the man of faith who doesn’t start out that way. In this message, we will see how God nurtures Gideon’s faith as this man encounters the true and living God in the conflict with the enemy. Gideon starts out doubting himself, but even more concerning, Gideon doubts God. This changes by the grace of God through this powerful story from the Old Testament. How does God bring forth the victory in the salvation of His people? Powerfully. Sovereignly. In the most unexpected ways!

The Dominion Mandate and Marriage
Jun. 9, 2017
In this audio message, Kevin Swanson discusses the biblical view of marriage and what the biblical roles of a husband and wife are. We need to prepare our sons to take dominion and take responsibility according to His standards and His law. When we neglect God's law, chaos ensues. Genesis 1:28 (NKJV) - "Then God blessed them, and God said to them, 'Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.'"

How Do I Become the Husband God Wants Me to Be
Jul. 31, 2009
If you ask Christian husbands, most will likely affirm that they do not feel as if they are living up to the expectations they have as husband. When we consider the biblical requirements of husbands we can see that this is almost certainly true: the Bible calls men to an immensely high calling - to love their wives as Christ has loved his church. How can a man better live up to this standard and be the kind of husband God calls him to be? First by seeing marriage rightly and understanding it is a metaphor for the gospel. And second by seeing his wife rightly and recognizing her as the precious, glorious gift from God that she is.

Why Are Churches Weak?
Feb. 6, 2017
What leads to weak churches in America? Kevin Swanson explains in this video that the American church is weak. This stems from the fact that many churches fail to preach the law of God and that there is a lack of true faith. True faith would manifest itself by the mortification of sin in the lives of believers, repentance, and a reformation of life. Sadly, there is little evidence of reformation and repentance in many American churches. When the law of God is ignored, repentance is hardly noticeable amongst American churches. If there is no acknowledgment of the law of God, there is no need for repentance and a confession of sin. Instead, all too often, we see such a focus on the grace of God that the law of God and God's wrath towards sin is rarely discussed. Accordingly, the church is weakened because the grace of God is not manifest in the lives of churchgoers and there is a lack of individuals repenting and mortifying sin. Hebrews 11:6 (NKJV) – “But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.”

Seeking God as a Family
Dec. 6, 2019
What is something that parents need to pursue? Kevin Swanson explains in this video that if parents sense that there is a lack of the presence of the Holy Spirit, they must plead for God to change the hearts of their children. Many parents fail to love God with their whole heart, mind, and soul. If they did, there would be much more sharing of Scripture with their children. Parents should not think that there is no need to reformation. We must repeatedly turn to God and cry out to God for His mercy on our family. 2 Chronicles 7:14 (NKJV) - "If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land."

COVID-19 - When to Disobey the Government
May. 4, 2020
This webinar will focus on various perspectives on when to disobey government orders that restrict the church. The panelists I have invited maintain nuanced and even different answers. This will be a time for men to present their cases, and to engage in some gracious debate on the matter. While the church exists under totalitarian regimes quite often, Americans are stunned at what has happened. Pastors and congregations asking questions they have never had to ask before. How are they supposed to honor and obey the king and honor and obey the Lord at the same time in this particular situation in America? Is it possible? If so how is it possible? If not what should the church do?

Music in Worship
Jan. 2, 2014
Here in this video, we learn of the role of music in true worship. We learn that music is a means to an end, not the end itself. Music is for the worship of God not our own emotional high. Music should arouse our hearts to the worship of God not just arouse our emotions.
