Kevin Ivy grew up in church and became a believer at a young age. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion at William Carey University, his Master of Arts in religion from Liberty Seminary, his MDiv from Luther Rice Seminary, and his Doctor of Ministry from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. He has been a pastor for the past 15 years and currently is in the process of planting a new church in Mississippi. He serves as the director of Mission Surge (www.missionsurge.com) and is the author of "Before You Home Educate." He and his wife Mandy have four children: Luke, Levi, Jude, and Miriam.
